Hi, I’m Sara — a 23-year-old Korean American filmmaker from Los Angeles. I care about stories that are tender, resilient, and honest about what makes us human. My first short film, Inganmi—made possible with the support of Panavision—traveled to festivals in 2024, including an Oscar-qualifying premiere and a Best Short Film award in South Korea. In 2023, I co-founded Studio Inganmi with friends who share the belief that hopeful stories matter. I’ve been lucky to learn from generous mentors, and I hope to one day pay that forward by supporting others the way I’ve been supported.
